There are very few skirmishes in Warzone that ever get more intense than the Gulag. With two competitors both desperate to continue pushing for victory, only one can walk out alive, with the other is left to wait for a respawn or head back to the lobby.
Movement, accuracy, and tactics are all key in the 1v1, but no matter how talented you are at the game, sometimes the Gulag isn’t going to go your way.
For one Warzone Mobile streamer, a death in the Verdansk showers was a little too much to take due to a frustrating set of matches beforehand.
After being killed, he needed to vent out his anger and unfortunately, his iPad took the full force of his rage.
Warzone Mobile streamer Ferg destroys iPad after Gulag loss
As showcased by the popular CoD account ModernWarzone, streamer and YouTuber Ferg was playing Warzone when he was thrust into Gulag in the iconic Verdansk showers.
With the timer ticking down, Ferg decided to take the middle position and play for the flag - not expecting the enemy to close the gap in time.
Milliseconds before capturing the win though, an explosive came out of nowhere and wiped out half of their health, followed by the enemy who managed to gun Ferg down before he could react.
All of this was a little too much for the streamer, with them smashing their iPad multiple times. The last blow even sent the hardware flying across the room, so it’s unlikely the device survived the encounter.
Call of Duty rubs salt in the wound after Ferg’s 1v1 death
Despite Ferg’s outburst after losing the 1v1, he's taken the community reaction to the clip well and even posted a picture of the incident on Twitter.
The official Call of Duty account couldn’t help but rub salt in the wound though with a joke, claiming the death came down to a “skill issue.”
No matter which version of Warzone you play, the Gulag is always going to be a source of immense joy and unbelievable frustration.
In Ferg's case, let's just hope the next time he goes down in a 1v1, the iPad will stay out of the firing line, or this could get expensive.
