Three years of nostalgia and peak Call of Duty action is about to burst out of your pocket, as Warzone Mobile's arrival is imminent.

The pint-sized devices will be loading up Verdansk, as Warzone Mobile prepares to whisk us back in time to lockdown and mid-pandemic gaming, and Call of Duty has just dropped its biggest Intel Loadout for what's to come.

Warzone Mobile is primed and ready, and it's even combining forces with its bigger brothers over on console.

Warzone Mobile set for imminent release date

Warzone Mobile is officially launching on March 21, 2024, where the app will come complete with two battle royale maps (one Resurgence) and multiplayer content for levelling up guns, for both iOS and Android.

The Mobile title will support controller inputs and will see the iconic Verdansk and Rebirth Island available from the start.

The multiplayer modes, embedded into the game and sure to cause some friction for the CoD Mobile fans out there, will have three classic maps of the modern era: Shipment, Shoot House, and Scrap Yard.

Warzone Mobile is also offering free rewards for anyone who signs up to the game early, via the pre-register list, where they will get an exclusive Operator skin, two blueprints, a vinyl, and an emblem.

Unlike CoD Mobile, Warzone Mobile will be embedded into the same rift as the main games on console and PC, where progression will be transferred across platforms.

The title will share its weapons, Battle Pass, skins, and other unlockables, with Modern Warfare 3 (for now) and console Warzone, and even in-store bundles which have the "Connected" tag will be able to be purchased between platforms.

This means, that every level of XP, every Weapon XP, and every Battle Pass tier, will be able to be progressed when you're away from your home set-up and all from the comfort of your phone.

Verdansk's first landing will likely be quite the hot drop to Superstore, but at least if you get sent packing to the Gulag, you'll do so knowing your random gun will be gaining XP across the board.
