Over the weekend, we got a peek behind the curtain at what's coming from Ubisoft, a controversial company for sure, but still one of the biggest development teams in the industry - and excruciating, blatantly scripted jokes aside, the presentation was fun.

It came with a lot of reveals, with a new look at Mario + Rabbids Sparks of Hope and its surprising Rayman DLC, and a massive presentation of the future of Assassin's Creed, with new games and Netflix series to look forward to.

But that wasn't all - there's a new opportunity for fans to take the company's streaming service for a spin.

As revealed in the Ubisoft Forward event, but in a way that has seemingly sent it under the radar, Ubisoft are currently offering fans the chance to try out their streaming service.

Boasting the likes of Assassin's Creed Valhalla, Far Cry 6 and Rainbow Six Siege, the service is a pretty solid way to get your Ubisoft fix if your gaming habits tend to stray into the open-world adventures that the company provides.

Plus, to sweeten the pot, the company has added a whole slew of new indie games to the service, introducing Astrologaster, Evan's Remains, Fell Seal: Arbiter's Mark, Lake, A Normal Lost Phone, and The Last Friend.

These games will be kicking around on the service for the next month, with more set to arrive in the meantime, so it might be worth jumping on your subscription now - or, if you're feeling particularly adventurous, you could knock them all out during your month's trial.

How Do You Claim The Free Ubisoft+ Month?

All you need to do in order to bag your month's pass to unlimited Ubisoft gaming is head over to the Ubisoft+ website, make an account, and click the option for the one-month trial. You'd think that the company would be more reluctant to lose profit on the service, but they haven't half made it easy for you.

The promotion is only available until October 10, though, so make sure you get involved before then.

It's a good promotion to coincide with the reveal of new Ubisoft titles - and if you haven't taken their most recent games for a spin yet, there's no better time.
