Team Envy stunned the Rocket League community prior to the inaugural RLCS X season, announcing that the four-time world champion Pierre "Turbopolsa" Silfver will be joining the ranks after being bumped off the NRG roster.

Despite being the reigning world champion, and still, Turbo was up for grabs, and Team Envy made no mistake in snapping up the four-time, adding him to the ranks alongside Massimo "Atomic" Franceschi, and Nick "mist" Costello.

Team Envy, in their first season back in Rocket League since leaving in Season 5, went on to have a successful RLCS X season amid the global pandemic and online era. The trio took home four Regional Championships in the most competitive season in the esports' history, finishing in 3rd-4th place in the overall Championships.

However, as rostermania strikes again, Team Envy's star players have been eyed up as transfer targets.

Team Envy Confirm RLCS XI Roster

With atomic being targetted by a G2 roster with a Dillon "Rizzo" Rizzo-shaped hole, Team Envy's prized winner Turbo laid any doubts to rest.

Taking to Twitter, Turbopolsa revealed that the Team Envy roster will be sticking together for the upcoming season.

He said "We as a team have decided to stick together under Envy for another season. Can’t wait to improve and get better results next season."

Envy's mist, who is widely regarded as one of the best players in the game and an eye-watering prospect for any roster, also confirmed the news, saying "Ready to secure more dubs with the squad."

The 'boys in blue' added 18-year-old prospect Brandon "Plip" Allen to their ranks in March too, with the substitute expected to continue to offer himself if required.

Only Spacestation Gaming and NRG are expected to follow Team Envy in keeping the same roster, with the likes of G2 openly saying that they're searching for alternatives to the current stand-in Andres "dreaz" Jordan. FaZe Clan also dropped an explosive bomb, dropping Jirair "Gyro." Papazian to the bench.

Rostermania is heating up, but the ice-cold Envy will continue to stick together.
