Despite dominating previous Warzone 2 metas with the likes of the RPK, the popularity of LMGs has dropped significantly in Season 3 Reloaded.

ARs like the ISO Hemlock and M13B have become the go-to picks for a lot of players for long-range combat, meaning the hefty but powerful weapons are often overlooked.

Well, WhosImmortal has highlighted a specific LMG that he believes deserves more attention as it has zero recoil which makes it a laser beam from long-distance.

This means it's extremely easy to land all of your shots on target and maximise your damage output in every match.

Sakin MG38 Warzone 2 loadout is 'ridiculously' strong

While the Sakin MG38 lacks mobility, it's one of the easiest weapons to use when it comes to kickback, so locking onto targets from afar is incredibly simple. Use the loadout below to get the most out of the weapon:

  • Barrel: 20" Bruen Silver Series B
  • Muzzle: Polarfire-S
  • Optic: AIM OP-V4
  • Underbarrel: Edge-47 Grip
  • Rear Grip: STIP-40 Grip

Unlike a lot of LMGs, the Sakin MG38's strength is not raw firepower, it's instead all about the gun's consistent stability and lack of recoil.

This makes the hefty weapon 'ridiculously' easy to use and effective in every single match, as there's no need to worry about it bouncing everywhere when you're firing on a target.

Ideally, as it has a slow reload time and lacks mobility, you'll be posted up in a power position with the Sakin MG38. This will allow you to fire on your foes and give them very little chance to fight back.

On top of this, as the LMG has a huge mag size, it's possible to wipe out an entire squad with one continuous stream of gunfire, if you're accurate.

According to WZRanked, the Sakin MG38 only has a 0.9% pick rate in Warzone 2, which puts it in sixteenth in the overall rankings in terms of popularity.

This indicates the gun is being underrated slightly by the community, especially by those who struggle to control recoil on the meta guns.

So, if you're looking for a slept-on weapon that could take your gameplay to the next level, the Sakin loadout above could be the perfect setup.
