The Kill the Justice League Deluxe Edition has been announced and players are buying it just for the additional skins.
As well as additional cosmetics, the Deluxe Edition offers 72-hour early access to the game as a pre-order bonus.
The new skins in the Kill the Justice League Deluxe Edition have players opening their wallets
Anyone who is willing to splash a bit of extra cash and purchase the Deluxe Edition of Kill the Justice League will gain a host of additional outfits to deck out the villains in superhero clothes.
Players who have been looking forward to the game's release have had plenty of good things to say about the costumes, with some stating that it is the main reason they opted for the deluxe edition in the first place.
“Deadshot’s batman suit literally looks insane,” wrote one commenter, to which another replied: “It's the only reason I got deluxe not gonna lie.”
Another comment said: “Boomer and Shark are so fucking cool man. I hope this game is good if I’m gonna spend the extra on these skins.”
“Going to pre order this right now!!!” a third enthusiastically shared.
Not everyone was quite as impressed by the skins as others, however, with some people thinking that the additional content isn't worth the increased price tag.
"Jaysus this is cringey. Wild how many people are hyped to add.. weapon dolls and colour swatches for an extra $30," said one Reddit user.
There is an increase of £30 in the price between the standard and deluxe editions of the game, with the standard edition costing £69.99 and the deluxe costing £99.99 on consoles and £59.99 and £89.99 respectively on PC.
On top of the Justice League outfits, the Deluxe edition will include three ‘Black Mask’ notorious weapons, a set of ‘Squad Golds’ weapon dolls, a battle pass token, and no shade colour swatches on the digital edition.
Anyone who pre-orders the edition will also get 72 hours of early access, additional classic outfits and, for players who purchase the PS5 digital edition, a set of rogue outfits.
Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League will be available on 2 February 2024 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC.
Pre-orders of the Deluxe Edition will allow players to access the game early on 30 January.
