Cloud9 has announced that Ricky "floppy" Kemery has returned to their staring CounterStrike: Global Offensive roster.

The organisation announced that a familiar face is returning to Cloud9, "as the 4th player of the Colossus". He rejoins the team's newly formed roster alongside William "mezii" Merriman, Özgür "woxic" Eker, and Alex "ALEX" McMeekin.

The organisation have now revealed four out of five players that will join their brand new roster, after creating a second team. Floppy will come in as a rifler, anchor, and loveable troll according to C9 CS:GO manager, Henry "HenryG" Greer.

HenryG also revealed that the deal will be worth $432,000 over three years, which is a similar amount to his teammate mezii. Surprisingly, woxic and ALEX are both on triple this amount, with the latter's contract being worth a whopping $1.65 million.

This move also raised eyebrows as the 20-year-old American was expected to continue to compete in NA. This move will now see him compete in Europe, and most likely having to relocate to the United Kingdom.

Cloud9's new European team have been announced to be competing in Flashpoint 2, which is due to kick off on November 9. With just over a month until the event, the team will be sure to have had their fifth and final member tied down, and begin practising. With $1 million up for grabs, this will be the first time we'll get to see the team play together.

As for their fifth, it is not apparent who it may be, although it is expected that they won't be pulling more players over from North America.
