Eminem's Latest Music Video Hints At Modern Warfare 3 Remake
The real Slim Shady might have learned a fair bit about spitting bars, peroxide hair, and becoming the 'modern-day William Shakespeare' on his journey down 8 Mile and beyond, but what the hell does he know about Call of Duty? Well, more than all of us, apparently.
In between dropping new music and collecting EMMY's it appears that Eminem has found out some secrets of the Call of Duty scene that nobody else yet has.
So, in the most bizarre way, has Eminem just confirmed a Modern Warfare 3 remaster?
Has Eminem just confirmed a Modern Warfare 3 remaster?
Not long after dropping his new single with 50 Cent, Is This Love ('09), the music mogul released a Visualiser music video, taking fans down a chaotic still-image street that's been taken over by animated aliens and other rebels.
However, eagle-eyed Call of Duty fans has also spotted a banner within the music scene, depicting the Modern Warfare 3 logo in a new golden-yellow colour.
It's not the first time when music videos have hidden Call of Duty Easter eggs either, as Cardi B's Modern Warfare 2 Ghost necklace paved the way for the game's reveal.
Is A Modern Warfare 3 Remaster Coming?
The news of a Modern Warfare 3 remaster comes as quite a hot topic at the moment too, given that we're close to having a full release of classic Modern Warfare 2 multiplayer maps being launched.
Fans have recently speculated about an MW3 remaster, with it being one of the best games the franchise has ever made yet has seen little love in the form of a reimagining. Some leakers even suggested that a campaign remaster does exist, although Infinity Ward is reluctant to release it now that they've got the reins for the next two years.
Maybe Eminem is more in the know than we are. Maybe, he's actually the true identity of Ghost? Or, maybe, just maybe, it could be a mere coincidence.
