Assault Rifles and SMGs will always be the go-to categories for the majority of Warzone fans, as they're the most versatile weapons in the battle royale environment.

However, it's important not to forget about Shotguns, as their dominance in close-quarter gunfights is completely unmatched.

If you're looking to delete a foe face-to-face, nothing does the job better, especially if it's equipped with the legendary Dragon's Breath rounds.

Well, Metaphor has showcased a "broken" Shotgun loadout that blasts out fire into enemies and sends them to the Gulag in milliseconds.

  • Ammunition: 12 Gauge Dragon's Breath
  • Stock: No Stock Mod
  • Laser: FTAC Grimline Laser

Close-quarter skirmishes in Warzone are always high-pressure and typically favour the players whose will to take an aggressive angle. As a result, having a powerhouse weapon in hand is a must and luckily, the Haymaker is exactly that.

The "broken" TTK comes with the 12 Gauge Dragon's Breath ammunition attachment that takes the gun's damage to the next level.

If that wasn't enough, the No Stock Mod provides brilliant mobility and means you can clear out buildings in an instant, wiping out anyone in your path.

Metaphor makes it very clear that this weapon "packs a punch" and will probably get hit with a nerf again soon. So, don't sleep on this pick, make it your secondary on Urzikstan as soon as you can.

How popular is the Haymaker Shotgun in Warzone?

According to WZStats, the Haymaker Shotgun has a 1.46% pick rate in the current meta, which is pretty impressive considering it's not an AR, LMG, or SMG.

This gun is not fun to play against as it melts health bars before an opponent can even get their weapon in a position to respond.

As a result, it's important that you add this to your loadout list before the devs bring down the hammer, which is expected to come very soon.
