There are few people more capable of winning a one-on-one gunfight in a Call of Duty title than Ian "Crimsix" Porter, but alas, three world championship rings haven't stopped him from losing a fair few on the battle royale.

But, he seems to think that there is a reason why some more barbaric gun fights aren't going his way.

In fact, Crimsix has taken to Twitter to claim that the "beer belly" dads of the Call of Duty community are getting special treatment from the SBMM gods.

Crimsix Blaims SBMM Patents For Warzone 2 Death

After dying to someone in Warzone 2, the ex-professional was bemused and blamed "SBMM Patents" for allowing a Dad with a "75-Inch TV", "beer belly," and "adjusted hitboxes" due to low weekly K/D.

Crimsix pointed out that his pro player status, 20 ping, super PC, and wielding the fourth fastest TTK gun in the game all couldn't combat the ladder-climber who sent him packing to the Gulag.

The now-full-time Warzone content creator has claimed that SBMM patents are changing hitboxes to allow lower-skilled players to have a smaller hitbox in gunfights, resulting in a better chance of winning.

Do SMBB Patents Exist In Warzone 2?

The basis of Crim's tweet, joking or not, centres around SBMM patents. It's an ideology that Activision has skill-based features in its game that help gives players a better chance of winning. Most recently, skill-based damage was alleged, but to no avail.

This time, it seems like Crim is accusing the devs of having a skill-based hitbox determiner, which increases or decreases depending on the K/D variable.

It's likely Crimsix was just playing devil's advocate - as he often does so - but said patents do exist in the world, it's just whether Activision has actually implemented them or not...
