Black Ops Cold War Campaign Character Traits
Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War brought a whole host of exciting new additions to the franchise, from mini arcade game easter eggs, to the inclusion of a giant Burger Town shootout - but one of the most interesting new elements is the Psychological Trait selection.
Click to enlargeDuring the early stages of gameplay, shortly after the Nowhere To Run mission, the player is given the ability to create their own CIA agent profile, where you assume the alias of ‘Bell’. Upon this, a sheet is presented where you can fill in your full character profile, from your name to your skin tone and either your gender identity (female, male or non-binary are the options).
For the first time in Call Of Duty history, players are allowed to choose two out of 15 interesting character traits - all of which enable in-game perks with enhanced abilities. So what are the Black Ops Cold War character trait options, and what are their ability enhancements?

Classified - No Bonuses Applied
Personality Evaluation fully redacted under Executive Order C0122
Paranoid - Aiming Speed Increased By 100% (ADS Time Halved)
Trust no-one. Tends to interpret the actions of others as hostile.
Violent Tendencies - Bullet Damage Increased By 25%
Reliable in execution though questionable in results. Exhibits a low to medium magnitude of cognitive dissonance.
Lone Wolf - Initial Sprint Boost Duration 3x As Long
Prefers to act independently. Oftentimes questions authority.
Professional - Full Movement Speed When Using ADS
Highly regimented. Sees teem members as mission assets only. Lacks empathy.
Fearless - Received Explosive Damage Reduced By 50%
Will disregard threats, even in the face of immediate danger.
Reliable - Ammo Capacity Increased By 1 Clip
Always planning ahead. Dedicated to following orders
Tormented - Lethal And Tactical Equipment Capacity Increased By 2
Always expects the worst—Overprepares for a negative outcome.
Aggressive Behaviour - Reloading Speed Increased By 50%
Overly reactive. Prefers to escalate conflicts through physical means.
Survivor - Health Increased By 25%
Highly resourceful. Adaptable to any environment or situation.
Calm Under Pressure - Pain Flinch Reduced By 90%
Outstanding mental aptitude. A highly effective agent when focused.
Methodical - Weapon Kick Reduced By 25%
Systematic in thought, approach and execution. Dependable, but also predictable.
Relentless - Rate Of Fire Increased By 25%
Can become fixated on accomplishing the mission at all costs.
Dependable - Damage Taken When Stationary Reduced By 30%
Has a team-first mentality. Always last to leave the fight.
Impatient - Hip Firing More Accurate While Moving
Shoot first, think later. Wants to take the fight to the enemy.
