It's no secret that Call of Duty players sometimes skirt around the boundaries of legitimacy to create content.

Many of Warzone's most prolific players often get accused of (sometimes correctly) using VPNs or reverse boosting to lower the skill of lobbies to subsequently make easier and better content on their pages.

But, in one of the most shocking series events, a Call of Duty content creator has been slammed by the community for trying to create a LAN lobby in a terminally ill children's hospital - specifically to get easy "sniping clips."

Player Tried To Turn Children's Hospital Into Call Of Duty LAN

In a bid to farm "easy" enemies, one Call of Duty player hypothesised that he could use a children's hospital and its terminally ill patients to create a 6v6 lobby that can be used to get "clips." They were exposed by Twitter user @HUN2R.

Apparently, user "Insidiouscypher" claimed that they could volunteer at a hospital where the children were donated Xboxes, download Call of Duty onto their consoles, delete the other games, "trick" the children into becoming friends, and then host a massive LAN where they could hit "clips" on the children.

The user claimed that they would be "some of the best lobbies we could ever get," as they'd be "filled with kids who have never played the game before," meaning, "the clips we could hit," would be great.

Fans Slam Call of Duty 'Children's Hospital' LAN Idea

"This is wrong on so many levels," exclaimed one fan on Twitter. "These people need to go outside and focus on something else besides gaming," they added. A third said, "Homie sounded excited about it too. lmfaooo imagine caring about clips that much in 2023."

Although, not everyone was convinced this was real. Another said, "The only thing funner is reading the comments and seeing people actually believe this guy is real about it and not realizing that he is trolling hard."

Others even pointed out the content creator wanted to create the content on Call of Duty 3 too, a 17-year-old game that has a tiny viewership pool.

People have now turned on the small content creator to actually support the hospital by holding a charity event with donations going towards the care of the terminally ill children who they look after.
