The memories of Verdansk haunt Warzone players' nightmares, dwelling on the good times like a parasite sucking the joy out of their souls.

No matter how good the design of Al Mazrah might be, the paranormal presence of OG Verdansk renders anything else mute. But now it's been resurrected... fans are gobsmacked.

Verdansk is no longer a figure of imagination and nostalgia, as Warzone Mobile has brought it back to life. After early tests have emerged, one viral video has left fans flabbergasted at how good Warzone Mobile looks, including Verdansk.

New Warzone Mobile Footage Leaks Online

After being rolled out in Australia for its first wave of public play in November, the wider world waits for the chance to play Warzone Mobile. But more testing has now come to light, meaning both the graphics and general gameplay look exactly like old Verdansk footage.

Originally shared on YouTube, the gameplay has now gone viral on social media, with Content Creators sharing their amazement.

The footage shows a player using a controller port and a smartphone to play Warzone Mobile. Despite many people believing this might be played on an emulator, NYSL content creator "BobbyPlays" debunked this by claiming they don’t exist yet.

Fans Love Warzone Mobile Footage

With the current game mode (Blitz) supporting 45 players and still looking amazing, comments such as "That's actually INSANE," "Damn, that's amazing," and "Wow they stepped it up," poured in.

Other fans even confused the clip for something from a PC back when Verdansk was rife, before applauding how the mobile UI and graphics appeared to work. Warzone Mobile was always going to be a gamble, but by the looks of this, it could fill that Verdansk-shaped hole in our lives.

With its success, Call of Duty fans have now predicted Warzone Mobile will overtake the handheld multiplayer title upon release and even rival Warzone 2 - which is in dire straights before Season 2.
