Alongside quickscopes and headshots, wallbangs are some of the most satisfying types of kills to pull off with a Sniper in Warzone.

Predicting where an opponent is moving and still picking up the elimination through a piece of terrain will never get old.

Of course, a bullet puncturing a building or wall is realistic, but when it starts travelling through the rocky landscape, competitors will start asking questions.

Well, that's exactly what's happening with the MORS Sniper Rifle, as sharpshooters have realised its bullets can kill enemies through the ground.

MORS Sniper can shoot through the ground in Warzone

Taking to X on April 15, Call of Duty content creator Adio decided to show a feature of the MORS that demonstrates why the sniper is on another level when compared to the rest of the category.

While the XRK Stalker and KATT-AMR are solid, they can't go through the ground to secure a kill, but the MORS can. As showcased in the clip, one of Adio's teammates had pinged an enemy, and instead of running to get a line of sight, they decided to charge the Sniper and shoot through the ground.

Despite having metres of concrete and terrain to travel through, the bullet punctured everything and insta-killed the foe. This is achieved by running the anti-material rounds in the ammunition slot and charging the gun for maximum power.

Why is the MORS the best Sniper in Warzone?

Currently, the MORS is undoubtedly the strongest Sniper in Warzone, and that isn't just because it can kill foes through the ground (although that certainly helps).

With a bullet velocity that matches the KATT-AMR and a significantly faster ADS time that makes it snappier during intense skirmishes, there's almost no reason to pick any other rifle at the moment.

That's demonstrated in the weapon's immense popularity, which according to WZStats, is sitting at a huge 8.7%.

So, whether the ground kills are an exploit or exactly how the devs intended the gun to perform, it's still the premium choice in the category. Nerfs could be on the cards, but for now, the MORS wears the crown.
