BLAST has announced a full 12 team line up for the Premier Fall Series, which will include North American sides Evil Geniuses, FURIA, and MiBR. Spanning from October 26 to November 4, some of the worlds top teams will compete in a multi-regional event for the first time since the global pandemic struck.

The full line up consists of Astralis, Ninjas in Pyjamas, G2 Esports, OG, Team Vitality, NAVI, FaZe Clan, Complexity, FURIA, MiBR, Evil Geniuses and BIG. The latter has now replaced Team Liquid for the event, with FURIA being the replacement for 100 Thieves after they were dropped from the organisation. The new format will be announced tomorrow, as it will be restructured due to the additional four sides.

Team Liquid will not feature in the BLAST Premier Fall Split, but will be making the move over to Europe for the Fall Showdown which is planned for November 23, and the Fall Final in December. They announced on Twitter that they will be staying in EU until December 21, "pending qualification for the IEM Global Challenge".

BLAST has worked closely with the four sides travelling from the United States to provide the safest and most secure facilities and travel accommodations, in light of the coronavirus restrictions.

CEO of BLAST, Robbie Douek, has stated that "The CounterStrike scene has been crying out for both regions to renew rivalries in recent months and we’re delighted that we can deliver this for fans.

"The additions of BIG and FURIA will bring two hugely talented rosters into the Fall Series with both teams ranked in the top ten. This will be the first time in months that CS teams from Europe and Americas will compete against each other and represents a positive step forward for the ecosystem.”

The remainder of the CounterStrike: Global Offensive 2020 season will be played out with teams from both regions going head to head to see who can be crowned the best in the world.
