We didn't get Dishonored 3 at The Game Awards 2023, but instead, Arkane Lyon announced it's working on something altogether more exciting.

Superhero games are back, and as part of their renaissance, a Blade video game is coming.

Sink your teeth into Blade

You might be used to Insomniac ruling the roost with its Spider-Man games and upcoming Wolverine, but now, a new studio is in town to take a bite out of the Marvel IP. Blade is described as an "immersive third-person action adventure, set in the heart of Paris."

Marvel's Games' Bill Rosemann said the "secret power" of Marvel titles is to bring together world-class talent with fan-favourite characters. Saying he's a lover of Arkane's passion for its games, this makes the studio the ideal choice to help celebrate Blade's 50th anniversary. Yes, we can't believe Eric Brooks is that old.

So far, there's only a cinematic trailer to get the blood pumping, but it's more than enough. With Black Panther, Captain America, and now Blade getting their own games, we're one step closer to a Marvel Gaming Universe.
