Adin Ross slammed for copyrighting CoD players who beat him
Adin Ross doesn't have the best of relationships with the Call of Duty franchise. Despite playing games within the series for years, the controversy-riddled streamer has landed himself in a spot of bother a few times, especially from playing Black Ops 2.
But before hackers took over his PC through Black Ops 2 IP attacks, exposing his stream to indecent images, Ross used to spend a lot of time challenging other content creators to wager matches.
Now, he's become a pantomime villain once again, as the Call of Duty community has answered back to a copyright strike against a fellow streamer on a video of a wager between the two - forcing him to revert the action.

Having first allowed Felix "xQc" Lengyel to get the better of him in a wage match, Ross took on a string of streamers, often operating on Nuketown or Hijacked.
But a creator called "Futives" showed no mercy in the exhibition bout between the pair, and after uploading the video over a year ago to reach over 1 million views, Adin Ross has attempted to hit the streamer with a copyright strike.
Taking to Twitter, Futives revealed that his video had been demonetised following a copyright strike from Adin's team, presumably because the thumbnail featured the now-Kick streamer. "Just [been] robbed out of a 1,000,000 view video lol," Futives said on Twitter.

After Futives took to Twitter to out Adin Ross over the copyright strike, the Call of Duty community cascaded into an uproar, with fans demanding a reversal and labelling the Kick streamer as "cringe."
But shortly after the backlash, it now seems as though Ross and Thumb Media has backed away, reversing the decision and allowing Futives to continue monetising the wager.
The video sees Futives walk away with the winnings, too, as he dropped 14 kills in a 3v3 Search and Destroy match on Hijacked, compared to Adin's two kills.
