As one of the most-followed streamers on the planet, Nick "NICKMERCS" Kolcheff's choice of game is enough to sway thousands of admiring fans to follow suit and emulate his skills.

Having had an extensive background in the Call of Duty world before rising in popularity during the Fortnite craze, NICKMERCS is now often found landscaping through Verdansk.

The content creator primarily focuses on Warzone at the moment, having daily streams and YouTube uploads showcasing a range of weapons and shenanigans alongside his fellow streamers.

However, with a stale meta in Warzone and problems with stream snipers and hackers, NICKMERCS has followed in the footsteps of 100 Thieves Co-Owner Jack "CouRage" Dunlop by ditching CoD for Apex Legends.

NICKMERCS Ditches Warzone For Apex Legends

With Apex Legends ramping up the content and building on their successful fast-paced foundations, the title has attracted a wealth of streamers to filter on through from Warzone.

Recently, CouRage urged his streaming friends to make the switch, claiming that Apex legends is "wayyyyy better than Warzone". Now, it appears that NICKMERCS is one of many that has listened to his pleas, and jumped into the Outlands - and off it, in this case...

Nick has begun his ascent through the ranks, mainly using Bloodhound and Wraith. With the change of pace also attracting the majority of content creators from Warzone, NICKMERCS has seemingly fallen in love with it too.

Nickmercs Brands Apex Legends As 'F***ing Incredible'.

Taking to Twitter, Nick admitted that "Apex Legends is f***in’ incredible." He further added that he's "absolutely addicted" in another post.

Nick did continue to play Warzone and compete in the Fortnite Cash Cup on either side of a lengthy Apex Legends streaming session. However, it seems like the crazy battle royale has stolen his heart, and we could be seeing a lot more of this newly blossomed partnership.

As long as he can stay on the map...
