Respawn Entertainment has recently seen a huge spike in players diving into Apex Legends, enjoying the chaotic madness that unfolds in the Outlands.

With the addition of Apex Legends Arenas and reintroducing some of the OG landing points such as Skull Town, more players than ever before have been enjoying the pace of the game.

Now, the developers are looking to build on their recent success, by adding a ranked playlist to Arenas.

Apex Legends Developers Confirm Ranked For Arenas In Season 10

Speaking during the EA Play Live Spotlight, Respawn Entertainment's Game Director Chad Grenier has revealed Season 10 will see an Arenas ranked mode introduced to Apex Legends.

Grenier said, “We just released Arenas in season nine and in season 10, I can confirm that we’ll be releasing a ranked version of Arenas."

Despite the additions, Grenier was quick to add that the battle royale “will continue to be a primary focus” for the developers.

Apex Legends Season 10 Arenas Will Add New Map: Overflow

The upcoming season will also see Overflow added to the map pool in Arenas, joining the likes of Skull Town and Artillery.

The new map will be more akin to Phase Runner though, boasting a unique design rather than being a section of the existing maps.

Pariah is also set to be the new legend of Season 10, although we have yet to see her face.

Apex Legends Season 10 is set to launch in August, where we will see these new additions rolled out in yet another jam-packed Respawn package.
