Warzone Vanguard Royale Quads Playlist: Weapons And Vehicles

The Warzone Vanguard Royale Quads playlist has arrived as Caldera has taken over from Verdansk (a moment of silence please). Warzone is heading in a slightly different direction with this Vanguard Royale Quads mode which focuses on the latest Call of Duty release, Vanguard. With Caldera taking elements from all three eras (Modern Warfare, Black Ops Cold War, and Vanguard) to create a beautiful tropical pane filled with engaging POIs and honus on rather vertical gameplay, Raven Software has tipped their hat towards the most recent title with the Warzone Vanguard Royale Quads playlist.

Warzone Vanguard Royale Quads Playlist Explained

Being the only playlist in rotation as the game launches on December 9 (December 8 for Vanguard owners), Vanguard Royale Quads adds WWII-styled weapons, vehicles, and gameplay elements to what would be the normal Caldera experience. 

Vanguard Royale Quads Weapons

As the developers look to integrate all branches over the ever-growing Call of Duty tree, Vanguard Royale Quads will have a specific Vanguard-only weapon pool. Whether this is from ground loot to loadout weapons, all the guns will be pulled directly from Vanguard, allowing you time to level up the guns before the level 60 Krig-6 loadouts return.

Vanguard Royale Quads Dogfights

Another WWII-heavy influence is Dogfights, which will only occur on the Vanguard Royale playlists. The planes which can be found around the map will be available for piloting, and with those, you will have access to the mounted weapons. The planes allow for a Dogfighting element as Warzone takes to the sky, as well as on the ground.

Vanguard Royale Quads will also add a new vehicle to rotation, perfect for bundling your squad into and making a quick escape. The Squad Transport all-terrain car is a typically 1940s four-wheel drive, although there's not much cover.

Will Vanguard Royale Quads Be Permanent?

Vanguard Royale Quads will likely not be a permanent fixture in Warzone Pacific, with many other squad sizes expected to come into rotation. The standard battle royale experience is expected to take over at some point during Season 1, slowly integrating the old weapons back into the game.

Will Vanguard Royale Quads Be On Rebirth Island?

Unfortunately, if you planned on Dogfighting over Alcatraz, Vanguard Royale Quads will not be available on Rebirth Island, although the Vanguard weapons can now be used on the small-scale map. Instead, Resurgence and Mini Royale will come into play on a one-day-only offer.
