With the Warzone Underground Transit System, it's never been easier to get from place to place on Caldera. Hidden inside various bunkers and hatches on Warzone's Caldera is a complex minecart transit system capable of instantly transporting you from one destination to another. But before you take a trip on the Warzone Underground Transit System, you'll need to know how it works and where to find the access points.

What Is The Warzone Underground Transit System?

The Warzone Underground Transit System is a new form of fast travel available on Caldera. Underneath the surface of Caldera is an intricate minecart transit system. This brand-new Warzone Season 3 Reloaded gameplay mechanic allows competitors to traverse and rotate through Caldera's many points of interest (POIs) at rapid speeds.

There are 14 Underground Transit System access points scattered across Caldera's major points of interest. The following POIs feature an entranceway to a transit station in their immediate vicinity:

  • Arsenal
  • Docks
  • Runway
  • Beachhead
  • Peak
  • Mines
  • Ruins
  • Lagoon
  • Airfield
  • Fields
  • Sub Pen
  • Resort
  • Capital
  • Power Plant

The exact location of a POIs Underground Transit System access point is indicated on the Tac Map and minimap by a silver symbol of a vault door.

How To Use The Warzone Underground Transit System

Once inside a minecart hub area of the Underground Transit System, walk up to the circular hatch and it will inform you of where that particular minecart will take you. Approach the cart and it will essentially teleport you to the listed destination.

It's important to take note of the light atop the Underground Transit System's circular hatches. If the light is green, that means the minecart is safe to use. However, if the light is another colour, that indicates that something sinister — like an enemy squad — is waiting on the other side. If the light is off and there is gas coming through the vents, that's a sign that you can no longer use that minecart at all.

Trips in the Warzone Underground Transit System are one-way only. Furthermore, you can't choose exactly where to go when you ride a minecart in the Underground Transit System. For example, the minecarts in the Ruins transit station run to Lagoon and Lagoon only. Certain locations like the Peak and Airfield transit stations feature multiple minecart railways, but they will always lead to predetermined destinations.

Navigating Caldera has never been so smooth. Use the Warzone Underground Transit System to rotate from POI to POI, escape the gas, or get away from an aggressive squad of opposing players. Learning the ins and outs of the Underground Transit System will provide a significant advantage over those ignorant to this new form of travel.

Did you know the Warzone 2 map POIs have leaked early?
