Stardew Valley Penny: How To Foster A Relationship

There are plenty of options to choose from when it comes to picking the best gift for Penny. However, many are dishes that require you to unlock the recipe first. These dishes have a chance to appear in Gus’s rotary stock at the Stardrop Saloon, so it is worth checking in daily to see if he has any of Penny’s favourites on the menu.

The Sandfish may be caught in any season or weather; however, it is only catchable in The Calico Desert which means the player will have to complete The Community Centre bundles first.

The Diamond or Emerald as with most other gemstones can be found through fishing, panning or in the mines.

The easiest gifts to obtain for Penny are the Melon and Poppy, the seeds of which are obtained from Pierre’s shop. (Melon in the summer and Poppy in the Fall.) These crops are simple to grow, just be sure to grow enough to gift and keep hold of one of them to give to Penny on her birthday (Fall, 2). Doing this will ensure a x8 to friendship.

All seasons

Monday, Thursday and Sunday mornings she sits under the tree just to the left of the graveyard in the town centre. At 12:30 she returns home and leaves again at 4pm to sit on a bench just below the saloon. She goes back home at 6:30pm.

Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday mornings she tutors Vincent and Jas at The Museum. At 2pm the three of them stand to the left of The Museum by the Bridge. She walks Jas and Vincent home from 4-5pm and returns home at 6:30pm. (in Spring instead of the bridge, at lunch time they stand by the Ice Cream Cart near The Museum).

Saturdays she spends the morning with the children by the graveyard in town. At lunch, she walks them to the playground by The Community Centre until 5pm when she walks them home before returning to her own house.

In Summer Monday, Thursday and Sunday mornings she walks to the river above the JojaMart. At 1pm she sits beside the Community Centre. 6pm she returns home.

Her schedule changes once The Community Centre is restored.

On Winter 4, she has an appointment at Harvey’s Clinic.

Upon entering Cindersnap Forest you see Penny, Vincent and Jas having a lesson about agriculture. Penny asks the Player to give a speech about farming for the children. After giving a speech (by choosing prompts) the children go to play and Penny asks the player if they want to have kids one day.

Ten Hearts (After gifting Penny the Bouquet)

The player joins Penny at the Spa per her invitation. Penny confesses her romantic feelings for the player, who has the choice to reciprocate or let her down. If reciprocated, the two share a kiss in the pool.
