Resident Evil 4 Remake demo: Release time, platforms, content & more
Do you want to know all about the Resident Evil 4 Remake demo and what the release time is? For those of us itching to get back to Leon Kennedy's superb suplexes, the time is almost here. During the PlayStation State of Play in February, a new Resident Evil 4 remake trailer was released, along with the announcement that the game would be launching a demo, like the Resident Evil Village Maiden demo.
This means it is likely that the Resident Evil 4 Remake demo will only be available to PS4 and PS5 players. If you're wondering what time it will release for you, stick around.

Resident Evil 4 Remake demo: Release time
Click to enlargeFans have noticed Twitch ads for the Resident Evil 4 Remake demo have started to trickle onto the platform, suggesting the demo release will be with us very shortly.
As the Capcom Spotlight event is also scheduled to debut later today (March 9) showing more of the game, it is safe to assume that the demo will follow quickly after.
The showcase is scheduled for the following times:
- 14:30 PST
- 17:30 EDT
- 22:30 GMT
The Spotlight will feature news surrounding upcoming Capcom releases, including the highly anticipated Resident Evil 4 Remake, scheduled for a release later in the month on March 24. The showcase will last 26 minutes, with the demo release expected to follow immediately after.

The demo thus far has only been confirmed for PS4 and PS5, with no further news a Steam or Xbox demo release looks unlikely as of yet.
