Click to enlargeTo begin this request, you need to have dealt with Ursaluna in the Crimson Mirelands. This is because you need to have Ursaluna sniff out the person you're looking for.
Any time after you get Ursaluna to join you, head to Galaxy Hall to start the request. In the first area as you enter the building you will meet Zeke, who has the request for you. He says his sister Wanda is missing. She is part of the Security Corps, and she hasn't come home from the Crimson Mirelands. Zeke gives you her handkerchief, to give Ursaluna a scent to follow.

Click to enlargeYour next step is to head to the Crimson Mirelands. When you get there, bring out Ursaluna. If you haven't ridden on him before, the idea is he will move faster in the direction of the scent of buried treasure or specific objectives. In this case, you want to follow the blue indicator when it appears in front of Ursaluna. For even more simplicity, check out this map to find exactly where you need to go.
Click to enlargeWhen you find Wanda, talk to her to send her on her way home. From here, simply return to Jubilife to talk to Zeke and finish the request. Zeke asks that you keep an eye out for his sister, so expect to search for Wanda elsewhere.
