Within the new Gunsmith in MW2, not all weapons unlock at a certain level. Some guns are a part of the same weapon tree, where you will need to play and level up guns to unlock others within their tree. With the MP5 Lachmann Sub it is simple, and all you need to do is level up the Lachmann 762 to level 13. Following this, the gun, and subsequently all attachments unlocked so far on the Lachmann 762, will be available to use.
