MultiVersus Open Beta Dates, Characters, And How To Register

The MultiVersus open beta is something that we’re sure fans will be clambering for after the MultiVersus closed alpha finishes on May 27th. Warner Bros. Games has been relatively tight-lipped on MultiVersus open beta details but as we are getting closer to the official release date of the game, more information has been released for us all to soak up. There are new additions to the roster, some nods to memes, and thankfully, open beta tidbits. Here is everything we know about the MultiVersus open beta.

Thanks to the Official Cinematic Trailer releasing on May 17th, we now know some form of date for the MultiVersus open beta.

If you weren’t able to sign up for the closed alpha, the MultiVersus open beta release date will be sometime in July 2022. But, this is sadly the only MultiVersus open beta release date information we have as of right now, no exact time period of when it is taking place hasn’t been detailed.

There are currently no details on how to register for the MultiVersus open beta but according to the official FAQs for the game on the MultiVersus website, more details will be made available "at a later date". We expect that there will be a process in place akin to the alpha in which you simply sign up on the MultiVersus website to gain access but we cannot confirm at this current time.

We can only assume that the MultiVersus open beta registration details will become available sooner rather than later. When we get our hands on them we’ll provide all on the MultiVersus Open Beta sign up process.

Again, thanks to the MultiVersus Official Cinematic Trailer, we’ve got a look at even more characters that will be entering the fray. These include Taz, Velma, and Iron Giant in addition to the previously revealed fighters. The full list of revealed fighters is as follows:

• Wonderwoman
• Harley Quinn
• Shaggy
• Bugs Bunny
• Arya Stark
• Tom & Jerry
• Jake the Dog
• Finn the Human
• Steven Universe
• Garnet
• Taz
• Velma
• Iron Giant

Now, while WB Games hasn’t officially stated that all of the announced characters will be making their way into the MultiVersus open beta, for balancing and tuning purposes, it would be a misstep not to in our eyes, so we expect them all to be included. However, there is no confirmation of the roster so this is just speculation at this point.
