Click to enlargeThe official Minecraft Legends release time is scheduled for 4PM GMT on April 18, 2023. This is a fixed global release time, so the game will unlock in all territories at the exact same time.

This does of course leave quite a wide range of times across the various zones, which unfortunately pushes some of them into the next day. However, at least it means that we will all be able to jump into Minecraft Legends at the same time.

When can you preload Minecraft Legends?
Click to enlargeThe Minecraft Legends preload is available right now on Xbox, Nintendo Switch, and PC via Steam and the Xbox app. There is currently no preload available for the game on PlayStation, but it usually unlocks around 24 hours before release so we will update you whenever new information arises.
The game comes at just over 10GB, meaning that it shouldn't be too long of a download even for those with slower internet. However, the generous Minecraft Legends preload period should still give you plenty of time to get ready for the exact release time on Tuesday.
