League of Legends: Wild Rift Yordle Expedition Event Details

Riot Games introduces exciting new events in League of Legends: Wild Rift every month to keep the players engaged. This time, after the release of the 2.0 update patch, Riot Games has announced the Yordle Expedition event to welcome the newly announced five Yordle champions into the game.

The event will feature different daily and regional tasks that will reward players with free rewards like emotes, blue motes, etc., for completing them. Here are the complete details of 2021's first event of Wild Rift, Yordle Expedition.

Start: January 9, 2021 / 00:00:01 UTC

End: January 29, 2021 / 00:00:00 UTC

The event will feature rewards for the whole server and a personal track as it progresses.

As the event progresses, more ground will be covered on the Yordle Progress Map in which each region reached holds a unique surprise, which more often than not entails a new yordle entering the fray.

Along with rewards for the whole server, players can track their own progress in the event and earn rewards for completing different tasks.

League of Legends: Wild Rift Yordle Expedition Event - Daily Tasks

Players receive three new daily tasks every day at 00:00 UTC, which will replace the previous day's tasks regardless of their current progress. Daily tasks include objectives like Get 10 kills, Cast your ultimate 15 times, and Win two games, and will reward 20 Steps and 90 Blue Motes on completing each task.

League of Legends: Wild Rift Yordle Expedition Event - Regional Tasks

A special region task unlocks each time a new region is reached on the Yordle Progress Map. Unlike daily tasks, region tasks remain on your list and continue to track progress between days. You can only have up to 1 region task at a time. Once a region task is completed, you'll be given a new one the following day if your server has already progressed to the next region.

Demacia

Objective: Kill seven dragons with your team or Win two games with a Demacia champion on your team
Rewards: 100 Steps, 25 Poro Coins

Freljord

Objective: Kill 500 monsters with your team or Win two games with a Freljord champion on your team
Rewards: 100 Steps, 25 Poro Coins

Noxus

Objective: Deal 50,000 damage to enemy champions or Win two games with a Noxus champion on your team
Rewards: 100 Steps, 25 Poro Coins

Ionia

Objective: Place or destroy 30 wards or Win two games with an Ionian champion on your team
Rewards: 100 Steps, 25 Poro Coins

Bilgewater

Objective: Collect 50,000 gold or Win two games with a Bilgewater champion on your team
Rewards: 100 Steps, 25 Poro Coins

Ixtal

Objective: Get 40 takedowns or Win one game with an Ixtal champion on your team
Rewards: 100 Steps, 25 Poro Coins

Piltover / Zaun

Objective: Kill 1,000 minions with your team or Win two games with a Piltover/Zaun champion on your team
Rewards: 100 Steps, 25 Poro Coins

Shurima

Objective: Destroy 35 turrets with your team or Win two games with a Shurima champion on your team
Rewards: 100 Steps, 25 Poro Coins

Targon

Objective: Kill 5 Barons with your team or Win two games with a Targon champion on your team
Rewards: 100 Steps, 25 Poro Coins

Note: Even if your server has already progressed to the next region, you'll have to complete your current region task to unlock a new one the following day.
