The first official season of League of Legends: Wild Rift has started, and players can start pushing their season rank by competing in the ranked mode. The overall rank depends on the performance of the player along with their team. Each season offers various features and rewards to all the players playing ranked mode in the form of emotes, skins, and more. League of Legends: Wild Rift Season 1 End Date
League of Legends: Wild Rift Season 1 started on January 18, 2021, at 18:00 (UTC+0) and will end in March 2021. However, the exact end date is yet to be announced by Riot and will be displayed in the Ranked Mode section of the game.
League of Legends: Wild Rift Season 1 Features
Just like in Season 0, players can showcase their current tier in their profiles and loading screens. These features will get activated and applied automatically and cannot be turned off or adjusted like rewards. League of Legends: Wild Rift Season 1 Rewards
Wild Rift Season rewards will be added to players’ in-game inventory, and they can equip them whenever they want. These rewards will be permanent and will be available as the player progresses. Here is the list of rewards, along with the list of tiers they will be available on:
Unique Glorious Tryndamere Skin (Champion included!)
- Condition: Reach Gold + 10 games won in ranked
- Delivery Time: When conditions are met
S1 Participation Icon
- Condition: Play at least one Ranked game
- Delivery Time: Post-season
Highest Rank Player Emblem
- Condition: Reach Gold + 10 games won in ranked
- Delivery Time: Post-season
Tier and Ranked Fortitude Reset
After the Season ends, the tiers of all the players will get reset, and next season’s starting tier will depend on the final rank of the previous season. However, on the other hand, Ranked Fortitude will reset back to zero, including any active loss protection or upcoming double-win bonuses.
League of Legends: Wild Rift Season 1 Ranked Tiers
If you are playing ranked mode for the first time, you will have to start from Iron tier and climb your way to Challenger. The Diamond tier and subsequent lower tiers are further split into four divisions, meaning users will have to climb from Iron IV to Iron I before being bumped up to Bronze IV. However, there is no such case in the other tiers and here is the list of all the ranked tiers of League of Legends: Wild Rift:
