What Is The Warframe Ghoul Purge?
Click to enlargeThe Ghoul Purge is a recurring event that begins every few weeks, with it being announced in-game before it begins. It takes place at the Plains of Eidolon on Earth, and during the event, the area's population of Ghouls will increase with both regular and special Grineer Ghouls until the population has been removed by the community as a whole.
To exterminate the Ghouls, players will need to undertake bounties from the board in the village of Cetus in the north, along with the two event-exclusive bounties that can be claimed by talking to Konzu in the same area. These new bounties come in two tiers, tier one, levels 15-25, and tier two, levels 40-50, meaning you'll have something to do no matter your in-game level.

Warframe Ghoul Purge Rewards
