Completing missions is one of the easiest ways to earn money in Dying Light 2, as you don't need to go out of your way. However, don't expect to wrack up bags of money doing this though, as not every job will reward you with cash.

If you head over to your Journal in the menu, you can check out the quest log, which will let you know about the quest at hand and the rewards you will receive from it. Rewards can range from molotovs to weapons, and cash is definitely one of the rarer gifts. But as you get further on in the campaign, the rewards will increase.

Another great way to earn money in Dying Light 2 is by looting corpses. For every zombie or human that you defeat you are able to loot their corpse, and this can be a major supplier for most materials in the game.
