GTA Online Lamar Missions: How To Start New Lamar Missions
Everyone loves the return of fan-favourite characters, and that's why you need to jump right into the GTA Online Lamar missions, which if anything, are a laugh with some old friends. GTA Online has recently received a next-gen facelift, giving players plenty of reason to delve back into the content that has been added since they last visited. Chief among them is the story-based DLC, The Contract, which reintroduces Franklin and Lamar for the first time since 2013. But how do you actually hang out with this dynamic duo? Here's how to start the GTA Online Lamar missions.

How To Start GTA Online Lamar Missions: Start An Agency
Click to enlargeThe first thing you will need to tackle to start the GTA Online Lamar missions is to launch The Contract DLC. It isn't immediately apparent how to do this so head over to our guide on how to start The Contract in GTA Online to get a start on this. Once you have encountered Franklin, you need to launch an Agency, which will take on security contracts. You have to complete at least one of these before you are introduced to Dr. Dre.
How To Start GTA Online Lamar Missions: Complete The Dr. Dre Storyline
Click to enlargeOnce you have been introduced to Dr. Dre you will be tasked with retrieving a phone which has precious data on it. These missions include a series of heists that require a lot of set up so it may take you an hour or two to work through everything. Once you have finished the final mission, which will reward you with a $1,000,000 payout, return to free roam and you should receive a call from Dre thanking you for what you did and then eventually Franklin who informs you that you've been invited to a tour of Dr. Dre's Record A Studios GTA Online. This should be one of the final steps to start GTA Online Lamar Missions.

How To Start GTA Online Lamar Missions: Record A Studio Tour

Click to enlargeOnce you have unlocked the GTA Online Lamar Missions, you won't actually be able to start them without a friend. These missions are co-op as one player will play Lamar and the other, Franklin, who go for a tour and hand out at the Record A Studios GTA Online. So you will either need to find a friend to play with or matchmake to play with a random player. The level in the Record A Studios is the first of three co-op Franklin and Lamar missions in GTA Online.
