The Reality Tree at Reality Falls flows with Zero Point energy. As Chapter 3 Season 3 progresses, the Reality Tree blossoms, resulting in the spread of Reality Roots across the Island.

Remember the Portals that popped up mid-way through Chapter 2? Well, they're back again, courtesy of the Reality Tree. These mysterious objects offer a window into another reality, but you can't actually enter them — at least not yet. These Zero Point Portals initially closed when The Zero Point got locked in The Spire, but they have begun to appear again following the events of the Fortnite Collision Live Event.

In Chapter 2, Portals showcased the realities of iconic hunters from franchises like Terminator, Aliens, and The Marvel Universe. This time, the Reality Tree Portals look to offer a glance into more life-like realities and locales from Chapter 1.

It's still early on, so there's no telling exactly what the purpose of these Reality Tree Skybeam Portals is. Do they serve a function? Or is it just for show? Regardless of whether the Reality Tree Skybeam Portals offer usefulness in-game or not, this intriguing phenomenon will certainly play a role in the lore and storyline events set to unfold across Chapter 3 Season 3.

This time around, it's Fortnite Reality Saplings that are responsible for the Portals. When you plant a new Reality Seed, a Reality Sapling will spring to life along with a Portal. In addition, the Reality Sapling will light up, emitting a Skybeam, and a Rift will appear, which you can use to teleport high into the sky.

Fortnite Reality Tree Skybeam Portals are the offspring of The Zero Point's energy. Chapter 3 Season 3 has only just begun, so it's too early to tell what the season has in store for us.
