The Fortnite Collision Live Event is the finale of all our hard work in Chapter 3 Season 2. The Imagined Order has one more trick up its sleeve — The Collider Doomsday Device — and we'll need to take extreme measures to stop it and save Fortnite. Prepare to take a seat in a salvaged version of Mecha and end this war for the Zero Point once and for all in the Fortnite Collision Live Event.

When Is The Fortnite Collision Live Event?

The Fortnite Collision Live Event will take place June 4 at 9pm BST (4pm ET). It's important to note that Fortnite Collision is a one-time-only, in-game event. With that said, mark the date and time on your calendar because you'll only get one shot to catch it live.

The "Collision" playlist will open up 30 minutes prior to the event start time. However, to be safe, it's recommended that you log in to Fortnite even earlier to secure a spot. It's not uncommon for the servers to max out an hour or two before a Live Event begins. If you hop on too late, you might run into a queue and miss the one-time event entirely.

You'll need four Loopers to operate the refurbished Mech, meaning you'll want to recruit four loyal companions to accompany you on this vital end-of-season mission to determine the fate of the Zero Point. If you can't manage to put together a full squad in time, you will have to enable the "Squad Fill" option to round out your party.

Start a match in the Collision playlist at some point between 8:30pm - 9pm BST to reserve your seat in the Mech.

Fortnite Collision Live Event: Free Gifts

To encourage the community to get in early and assist in the events about to unfold, anyone that logs in to Fortnite on June 4 beginning at 1pm BST (8am ET) will receive an exclusive loading screen and music track for free to celebrate the Collision Live Event.

In the days leading up to the Collision, the Item Shop will offer the Mecha Weapons Team Skins; Fortnite Outfits resembling something a member of The Seven would wear. Furthermore, the June Crew Pack from the Fortnite Crew subscription is rumoured to include a brand-new Mecha Team Leader Skin sharing a design with the life-sized one featured in the Fortnite Collision Live Event.

Fortnite as we know it will change forever when this conflict between The Seven and the Imagined Order finally reaches a climax. Knowing this, there are some things you'll want to take care of in the time between now and the Fortnite Collision Live Event.

  • Complete Prowler’s Special Quests and unlock the Fortnite Prowler Skin

  • Gather up all remaining Fortnite Omni Chips to unlock variants of the Omni Sword

  • Unlock all Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 2 Battle Pass rewards and spend Fortnite Battle Stars

  • Spend Gold Bars. Your Gold Bar stash will not carry into Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 3. To incentivise spending, Fortnite will introduce a Bargain Bin Week starting May 31 at 2pm BST. During this event, the cost of all Character services and Exotic item trades will be discounted.

Quests and rewards from Packs like the Fortnite Goldenbane Guardian Quest Pack will carry over into the next season, but other items and Quests tied exclusively to Season 2, such as the Fortnite Omega Knight Level Up Tokens for the Fortnite Omega Knight Skin, will expire.

The ultimate conclusion to The Seven vs. Imagined Order feud is near. Strap into your seats and get ready to pilot the Mech in the Fortnite Collision Live Event on June 4 at 9pm BST.
