In the second of your Hero Upgrade SBCs, it gets significantly more pricey, having to notch up a solid 85 rated team with a TOTW player. However, with the absolute minimum requirements, you can save yourself a fortune, sprinkling in a range of 84 rated players at the expense of a slightly dearer TOTW player.
You'll be able to complete the Hero Upgrade SBC: 85 Rated Squad for less than 70,000 coins, if you haven't already got any players handy.
The cheapest way to do the Hero Upgrade SBC: 85 Rated Squad, is with one 83 rated player, six 84 rated players, and 85 rated player, and one 86 rated TOTW star. An example can be found below...

As the final task for the Hero Upgrade Pack, you'll need to generate a beasty 86 Rated squad although this time around, you can stay clear of the TOTW players.
The Hero Upgrade SBC: 86 Rated Squad can be quite expensive if you've got no junk at your disposable, edging up to around 100,000 coins.
The cheapest solution to the Hero Upgrade SBC: 86 Rated Squad, is with three 84 rated players, three 85s, a single 86, and topped off with three 87s. The added expense of the 87's saves money in the long run, allowing you to dip into the cheaper market of 84s. An example can be found below...
