We're getting in a spin with Fall Guys: Ultimate Knockout and what's quickly become our go-to gaming addition. While we all have "lofty" ambitions of grabbing a crown in this adorable battle royale game, Dizzy Heights can often knock you off the top and send your doomed bean down into elimination. With spinning discs, being bombarded by balls, and some tricky timing when it comes to jumps, the three-tier mastery of Dizzy Heights is the pinnacle of Fall Guys mastery.

Only recently, Mediatonic showed off a Season 2 reveal and how a new addition called Big Yeetus will be making its mark on the game. The level chosen to show off the formidable power of Big Yeetus was Dizzy Heights. It's clear Dizzy Heights is a fan-favourite of the game, and one that's hopefully here to stay. If you're sitting quietly, here's how to conquer Dizzy Heights and get one step closer to the top of the Fall Guys pyramid.

Starting things off, you'll be faced with a formidable field of rotating platforms. It might sound obvious, but don't go against the rotation of the discs. Ride them round in the direction they're turning, and with some clever timing, you should quickly zip to the end of the first section. Jumping when your bean is at the 3 o'clock position should give you some extra momentum to propel forward.

If you want an added shortcut, you could try jumping off the rubber triangles. Be warned though, this is a risky move and could end with your bean falling flat on their face and missing out on valuable seconds. Also, remember to jump when you get to the end - there's a sneaky gap here that might send you straight to the back of the pack.

Next, expect to bombarded with a barrage of balls. Similar to Takeshi's Castle, use the inlets to hide from the balls and make sure you aren't shoved to the back of the gauntlet. You'll have to be quick to nip into the gaps, but patience is a virtue. If you want to keep your speed, squeezing past a ball is actually quicker than ducking into the gaps.

A well-timed dive can see you slip alongside those rolling menaces. Another handy hint is to run a few steps behind a competitor, that way, if they're hit by a ball, they'll be sent flying backwards over your head while you continue to run to safety.

The second set of spinning discs is much of the same. The left-hand side is slightly quicker, but if it's crowded with other beans, you might be best finding an alternate route. An important thing to remember here is don't fall. Although the lower course won't see you bounced back to the start, it is considerably slower than the upper course and could mean you miss out on qualification.

Again, there's another hidden gap here. Before you reach the final set of spinning discs, make sure you jump over the gap, or all that hard work will be wasted. A dastardly is to grab someone just before they jump. If they miss their jump, it gives you the opportunity to run ahead and get closer to the checkered flag.

This brings us to the final hurdle. Stick to the sides as much as possible so you won't get hit by even more of those bouncing balls. If you've done everything right, it's a simple run up the ramp, and you'll cross the finish line in record time.

We already know Dizzy Heights is getting a revamp in Season 2, and while we're not quite sure how watermelons factor into a Medieval theme, it's clear there's more Mediatonic madness on the way. The addition of Big Yeetus is also sure to mix things up a bit, but with spawns expected to be random, you won't have to face that hurling hammer at every turn. Here's hoping Dizzy Heights remains a jewel in the Fall Guys crown.
