We finally know what kind of PC power we'll need to run Elden Ring, and it isn't insignificant. At minimum, Elden Ring needs a PC with an Intel Core I5-8400 or an AMD Ryzen 3 3300X, or a better processor. For RAM, the game needs at least 12GB of memory. Most importantly, the minimum graphics cards you'll need are the Nvidia Geforce GTX 1060 with 3GB of memory, or a 4GB AMD Radeon RX 580.

To get the most out of the game, you'll need much more horsepower. We're talking about an Intel Core I7 8700K or an AMD Ryzen 5 3600x CPU, with 16GB of RAM. To run those graphics you'll want at least a GTX 1070 or Radeon RX Vega 56, with 8GB of memory on either card. Thankfully we're not at the point where games are recommending graphics cards that are nearly impossible to buy, but we're getting close.

Either way, you'll need 60GB of space on your storage device of choice. For a game this big, it might be an idea to run it off of an SSD. Modern Windows is also a requirement, at least Windows 10 is needed to run the game.

That is what you will need to be working with to run Elden Ring on your PC. If you have been following the game religiously coming up to release, you might be interested to know that since the recent network test, this Elden Ring boss has been nerfed for being too hard.
