When does Disney Speedstorm Season 2 start? Update release date, Toy Story racers, more
Disney Speedstorm raced onto platforms in April 2023, and if you're wondering when the next update is likely to release, Gameloft has now revealed when gamers can dive into all of the new content arriving in Season 2.
Gameloft's Disney Speedstorm is the high-octane, action-fuelled racer cousin of Disney Dreamlight Valley, with the game trading making friends, decorating and growing crops for the sheer adrenaline of the tarmac.
With plenty of updates to look forward to, including new Toy Story racers like Buzz and Woody, here's what you need to know about Disney Speedstorm's second season, 'To Infinity And Beyond'.

Next Disney Speedstorm update release date
Disney Speedstorm's second season, titled 'To Infinity And Beyond' will release on June 13, 2023, across all platforms, with plenty of new content for gamers to look forward to.
This doesn't seem to be all for the racing title, either, as in a news post, Gameloft detailed that there are "plenty of additional seasons and new content to come."

Disney Speedstorm Season 2 new racers & maps
Along with the reveal for Season 2, we already know which new racers will be joining the fray on the update's release day. These characters are:
- Bo Peep
- Buzz
- Jessie
- Woody
Additionally, Steamboat Mickey and Pete are set to be added to the existing lineup of racers in Season 2.
That's not all, though, as we'll also be getting a new racing environment inspired by Andy's room from the Toy Story movie franchise.
Players can also expect two new games modes to arrive, and while just what these modes will look like has yet to be revealed, we'll be sure to update you here as we learn more.

Disney Speedstorm Season 2 early patch notes
Aside from the game modes, new map and racers, Gameloft has shared a Community Pit Stop post that details plenty of additional updates to Disney Speedstorm that fans can look forward to.
These range from Weekly Missions now being called Season Missions, to Multiplayer Coins only being displayed when in the game's shop.
Additional notable changes, as shown in the above post, are:
- Changes to the 'Edit Racer' button on the main menu, which will now open a Racer selection menu to choose who to edit instead of who you last played
- Haptic Feedback support for Xbox and PC
- During a race, when a player falls off of a rail, the respawn has been improved
- When playing Ranked Multiplayer, bots will target players less often.
- A Season Tour Chapter won't be marked as completed until all Mystery Box rewards from that particular Chapter are earned.
