Modern Warfare 2 Editions And Preorder Details
There are set to be a few different Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 editions that players will be able to purchase leading up to the October 28 release. Previous special editions of the Call of Duty games have typically come with early access to the open beta, along with various skins, operators, battle pass skips, and much more. Call Of Duty Modern Warfare 2 Editions
Click to enlargeAccording to a leak from CharlieIntel, there will be three different editions of Modern Warfare 2 that players can buy. We don't have the full details on all of them yet, but there is set to be the Standard Edition, Cross-Gen Bundle, and The Vault Edition. The Standard Edition is likely to just include the game and nothing more, but both the Cross-Gen Bundle and Vault Edition will allow players to gain early access to the Modern Warfare 2 beta if they preorder them. It's also worth noting that there will be an even earlier access period for players on PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5.
Call Of Duty Modern Warfare 2 Vault Edition
We are yet to get official confirmation on what each of the game's editions will include, but the Vault Edition's benefits have been leaked. It will reportedly contain:
- Modern Warfare 2 Battle Pass and 50 Tier Skips
- Red Team 141 Operator Pack: Ghost, Soap, Price, Farah Operators
- FJX Cinder Weapon Vault
- 10 hours of double XP and double Warzone XP
- Ghost Legacy Pack: 12 Operator Skins and 10 Weapon Blueprints
- Early access to the Open Beta
These are still subject to change, and as we haven't had confirmation of what each edition will hold, it's worth taking this with a grain of salt. We'll also update this article as we get more insight on what the Standard, Cross-Gen Bundle, and Vault Editions will include.
