The key points here are that you have to actually finish the match to earn credit, the Spy Plane, UAV, or Field Mic has to be yours, and you need to do it 15 times across different matches.
You can do this challenge in either Warzone or Cold War — it's your choice. Cold War is likely the most efficient option, but the Plunder and Clash playlists on Warzone work well too.

A major downside of the UGR is its small magazine size of 30. This is simply not enough to take out more than one or two enemies before you need to reload. By adding the Explosive Flechettes magazine, the UGR's ammo capacity is improved to 36. Also, bullets from the Explosive Flechettes magazine deal explosive damage and have a more effective range. These perks can make a serious difference in an intense fight.

The goal with an SMG like the UGR is to get up close in the action and fight as much as possible. With this in mind, Quick Fix is the ideal Perk 1. Quick Fix will kick health regeneration in immediately upon securing an elimination or applying an armour plate — a huge advantage in combat.
No matter how you design your Warzone URG loadout, it is still an SMG in the end. This weapon outright doesn't have the range to be viable across the entirety of Caldera or Rebirth Island.
