The best Switch games are often a difficult thing to pin down considering what the device has offered in nearly five-years since launch. Whether you want a deep gaming experience while lying in bed, or a quick one to fill in your train journey, the Nintendo Switch has a lot to offer. One of the best Switch games puts the power in your hands. Super Mario Maker 2 is the sequel to the level designer which you can nuzzle yourself into, with a wide variety of options when it comes designing the hardest/most fun/infuriating/ridiculous levels you can think of. What's even better is that with a wild and creative community, there are plenty of levels for you to tuck into if designing isn't quite your thing.

What's better is that controllers feel intuitive and on the OLED Switch model it becomes all the more immersive.

The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild is quite often touted as one of the most overrated games of all time, and to a certain degree it is. Yet when you factor in the content, tone, and gameplay and place it on a portable device, it easily becomes one of the best Switch games. It is a true testament to the technology, and in the five years since the Switch's release, it hasn't been equalled. Not to mention losing yourself in the planes of Hyrule has been unmatched by any other game to date.

With some intuitive motion controls as well as fun mechanics, Splatoon 2 rewards those that invest themselves in its gameplay, making it a must for any Switch owner.

Ring Fit Adventure will have you running, squatting, and jumping to save the world - merging video games and exercise together harmoniously with some intuitive motion controls.
