Apex Legends Veiled Collection Event: TDM Unshielded Deadeye LTM & Caustic Prestige skin
Apex Legends' Veiled Collection Event has been announced and it's bringing a brand new LTM, a Prestige skin for Caustic, countless new cosmetics, and free rewards for players to earn. As this is the last major update of Apex Legends Season 16, it's clear the devs are looking to go out with a bang.

Apex Legends Veiled Collection Event: Release date
The Veiled Collection Event is going live in the game on April 25, 2023, and will run for two weeks until May 9, 2023.

Apex Legends Veiled Collection Event: TDM Unshielded Deadeye
Click to enlargeA new limited-time mode called TDM Unshielded Deadeye is coming to the Outlands. This new LTM is a variant of Team Deathmatch where shields and helmets are nonexistent. To make things fair, every player gets the same loadout in the mode. Each match will spotlight one of three loadouts at random:
- Wingman and 30-30 Repeater
- G7 Scout and Hemlock
- Sentinel and Kraber
It's worth noting that Care Packages are disabled and the first team to reach 50 kills total will take home the victory.
Apex Legends Veiled Collection Event: Collection Event items
As expected, the Veiled Collection Event offers 24 limited-time cosmetics you can get by opening Veiled Collection Event Packs or purchasing outright with Apex Coins or Apex Legends Crafting Metals.
This particular Apex Legends Collection Event features Legendary Skins for Watson, Rampart, Gibraltar, and Octane. You can also get Legendary skins for the R-99, Spitfire, Sentinel, and C.A.R.

Apex Legends Veiled Collection Event: Caustic Prestige Skin
Click to enlargeInstead of an Apex Legends Heirloom, collecting all 24 Veiled Collection Event items will award the Apex Contagion Prestige Skin for Caustic. This terrifying skin has three tiers to it. You can evolve the skin and unlock additional tiers by dealing damage as Caustic. Deal 100,000 damage as Caustic to unlock Tier 3 and a unique Caustic Finisher!
Apex Legends Veiled Collection Event: Free prize track
