Where can you find Phantasmal Conch in Genshin Impact?
The Echoing Conch, which now we know as Phantasmal Conch, is an event-exclusive item you can find in the Golden Apple Archipelago to progress the Resonating Vision event to get Fischl's Ein Immernachtstraum outfit for free. There is a total of 20 Conches that you can find by exploring the different isles and dungeons in the Golden Apple Archipelago.

Among the 20 Phantasmal Conches, you find sixteen of them around the Archipelago. Meanwhile, you can find the remaining four inside Kazuha, Xinyan, and Fischl's domain. And among that 16 Phantasmal Conch, two Conches appear after you progress Xinyan's domain. When Genshin Impact 2.8 "Summer Fantasia" update went live, only 14 Phantasmal Conches were available to collect. With each passing day! More Conches were made available in the game. And now, you can finally collect all twenty of them.

Twinning Isle
You will find four Phantasmal Conch on Twinning Isle. You can use the above map screenshot to locate them.

On Broken Isle, you will find five Phantasmal Conch. Four on the main Island. Whereas one on the small Island located right to the Broken Isle.

You can find one Phantasmal Conch inside Kazuha’s As the Courtyard in Spring Once Appeared: Part I domain. The Conch is on top of a table you come across while exploring the said domain.
Inside Xinyan's Domain
There are two Phantasmal Conches associated with Xinyan’s Blazin Trails domain. You can find one Phantasmal Conch inside the Blazin Trails domain - on top of a rock formation that you can access using the wind current. Meanwhile, the other Phantasmal Conch appears on Broken Isle, hidden behind a water level puzzle.

Fischl's Domain
The last Phantasmal Conch appears on Twinning Isle only when you have completed Fischl's domains. The Conch is located in the Northeast part of Twinning Isle, which you can access using the Teleport Waypoint. It is found inside a Well surrounded by three Crows. Interact with the Crows and throw a stone inside the Well to bring the Phantasmal Conch within your reach.
