Felix "xQc" Lengyel is once again telling everyone exactly what he thinks, as the Twitch superstar calls out cheaters in the streaming community. Cheaters never prosper anyway, but when you're one of Twitch's big names and have thousands of people watching you at any time, it seems ridiculous that you'd even try and cheat.

In the aftermath of the streaming community being hit by an unusual cheating debacle, xQc has taken time out of his busy day putting the world to rights to throw his thoughts into the ring. Unsurprisingly, he suggests there be a zero tolerance stance on cheating and how streamers can combat allegations in the first place.

Why is xQc calling out cheaters?

Lengyel's latest rant comes in the wake of streamer QTCinderella being accused of cheating during Mizkif's quick show called Schooled. QTCinderella is known as the girlfriend of Ludwig "Ludwig" Ahgren, however, that hasn't stopped critics claiming she changed her answers in the quiz based on what was going on in her chat. Discussing what he thinks about the whole debacle, xQc explained streamers should do more to make sure they can't be accused of cheating.

"This is my real true take about this", said xQc. "This is why, whenever we start playing Among Us or other games... It’s why I always make an effort to close the monitor. Why? Because I believe cheating is black and white, it’s not really a grey area. Either you cheat or you don’t cheat. Whether you cheat a little bit with chat, or a little bit with emotes, you’re all in the black dude".

As one of the biggest names out there and the most-viewed streamer of 2020, xQc has some serious sway in the community. Concluding with his final thoughts on the QTCinderella drama, Lengyel added, "I don’t wanna sh*t on him [Ludwig] or Miz, but if you have chat open and they’re doing emotes and steering things in the direction, it’s still cheating".

Is xQc right for calling out cheaters?

Adding some value to xQc's musings, the man himself has previously been accused of cheating. He was famously called out for "stream sniping" during a Fall Guys tournament and felt the wrath of other big names like Michael "Shroud" Grzesiek. Cheating is rife in the community, and barely a week goes by that someone is given the boot from Twitch in the midst of cheating allegations.

Ludwig and QTCinderella are firmly denying any untoward actions. The subathon master jumped to his girlfriend's defence and said, "She didn’t cheat, and if you think she cheated to say ‘blatantly cheating’ because she changed her answer from Greece when the question is ‘What city in Greece…’, is crazy". An angry Ludwig concluded by saying the quiz “doesn’t f*****g matter in the grand scheme of things”.

xQc isn't saying that he doesn't believe QTCinderella, but he's trying to make it clear that cheating in any form shouldn't be tolerated in the streaming community. We've got to say, we agree with the divisive Twitcher.
