Vanguard Warzone 'Will Completely Replace Verdansk'
Notorious Call of Duty leaker Tom Henderson has just shared some breaking news via his Twitter, suggesting that Verdansk is set to be completely replaced to coincide with the launch of Call of Duty: Vanguard.
Rumours have swelled on the subject of Verdansk's future for some time, and while we previously had to wait until months after Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War to give even a glimpse of the American war with the USSR, it sounds like it's all about to change in Warzone.
Just as we started to warm to Verdansk '84 and hoped for more '80s action crossovers, it now looks like it might not have much of a future at all.
Will Call of Duty: Warzone's Verdansk be replaced by Vanguard?
Here's the tweet that Henderson shared, revealing the news:
The most exciting bit of the reveal is the fact we won't have to wait long at all. With the Vanguard release poised for a similar time as Cold War, the World War II epic could be just around the corner.
Henderson has been busy on Twitter, sharing more details about what the upcoming Vanguard trailer will look like, and also suggesting that the game will not censor swastikas.
