Vanguard Camo Glitch Is Giving Players Rarest Skin For Free
The Atomic camo skins for Call of Duty: Vanguard are pretty much the ultimate goal for any sharp-shooting player. Players can learn how to unlock these mastery skins here, or you can take advantage of a glitch in the game to get your hands on the rarest skin for free.
Vanguard may have only been released on November 5, but already players have stumbled across numerous glitches which can put them ten steps ahead of everyone else. For example, some participants have found a way to be invincible in Multiplayer mode, whereas one player found a glitch which could transform your head into a gun. Now, that really would give you a migraine.
It seems that some players are taking advantage of a glitch in Vanguard which unlocks the very best skins for them to wear. However, you better be quick because chances are Sledgehammer Games will try to patch up the glitch as soon as possible.
What Is The Camo Glitch In Vanguard?
The Atomic camo is, without doubt, the very best skin in Vanguard. Normally, players have to work their way through to achieve the Gold camo for every weapon in the game. However, the recently-discovered glitch allows players to cut a huge corner to unlock every camo skin, including the very best ones.
Given how the game has only been around for a week, as of writing, it's unlikely that players have got hold of the skins so soon without taking advantage of the glitch. One of the high-profile members of the COD community, Nanikos, shared their exploits while being decked out in the Atomic camo.
How Does the Glitch Work?
COD leaker and dataminer, Nanikos, also presented fans with a brief clip in which they claimed how they got the glitch to work. Without going into too much detail, the glitch works by players by inputting commands from both the mouse and a controller at the same time. However, not all players have had much luck. For example, multiple players claimed that they couldn't get the glitch to work through their PlayStation consoles.
However, it's worth noting that Sledgehammer Games have been known to be quick to ban players who exploit the game in any way. Chances are, the game developer will be immediately working on a patch to fix the glitch before any more players find a way to unlock the rare skins.
