The Red Bull Campus Clutch World Finals has been the perfect platform for upcoming VALORANT players to show their worth, offering the opportunity for some special students to rise through the ranks and put on a display worth $20,000.

After winning 3-2 in the final, Anubis Esports' duellist Mohamed "shalaby" Shalaby is reported to have also won a much bigger prize - a professional contract at one of Europe's most elite teams.

According to reports from VLR.gg, Shalaby has been offered a pro contract at Team Vitality, replacing the Finnish Jesse "JESMUND" Terävä.

The contract is set to see Shalaby leave Anubis immediately, parting on their biggest high yet, and become Vitality's main initiator for their attempts to secure a spot at the Masters 3 in Berlin.

During the Red Bull Campus Clutch, Shalaby was arguably Anubis' outstanding player alongside fellow initiator Omar "chrollo" Hussein. Together, they were able to pick apart a high-flying Portuguese side, despite having to pull out a reverse sweep.

The Egyptian rising star managed to grab the MVP title too, proving that Vitality are set to acquire quite a talent.
