Kyle "Scrub Killa" Robertson's story in Rocket League is one of the more sensational novels that we've seen within the title. The Flying Scotsman broke onto the scene as a 12-year-old child prodigy, having played Supersonic Acrobatic Rocket-Powered Battle-Cars prior to moving over to the upgraded Rocket League as we know it today.

As an upcoming superstar, Scrub Killa had to bide his time until he became 15 to be able to play in the RLCS, despite already making a name for himself in the 1v1 game as one of the most exciting players on the game. With his big break coming when Victor "Fairy Peak!" Locquet asked him to join Renault Vitality, it took just two seasons for Scrub Killa to become a world champion.

Now, as an 18-year-old matured professional, Scrub has endured a tough RLCS X season, having moved from Mousesports to Guild Esports in the off-season, to Team Singularity during a rostermania outbreak, and now as their substitute.

However, Scrub Killa's career is far from over, and speaking to Adam "Lawler" Thornton in his Rocket Talk podcast, Robertson has vowed that he wants to continue his next chapter by making "a great f***ing comeback next season."

Scrub Killa Talks About Making His Comeback

After discussing his illustrious career so far and some of Rocket League's greatest moments, Lawler gave the chance for Scrub to tease any upcoming movements in the upcoming offseason before departing to grab his food.

As eager to entertain as always Scrub Killa began by saying "well next season I really want to make a great f***ing comeback. But we'll have to wait and see, I don't want to set any expectations by saying this is going to happen and that's going to happen, but I've still got it. It's still there and I'm ready."

Scrub Killa Teases Future Team

After being placed on Singularity's inactive roster, it appears that Scrub Killa has his heart set on playing RLCS again next season, which will likely result in a move away from the organisation.

The defensive dynamite has recently been pairing with dangerous Danish demolisher Aldin "Ronaky" Hodzic, who Scrub Killa has compared to former teammate Alexandre "Kaydop" Courant. With Ronaky as a renowned finisher, Scrub Killa insinuated in the podcast that his next team may consist of this partnership plus a well-rounded third man.

The two did recently bump into fellow Singularity player George "Breezi" Rusiecki, sparking rumours that Ronaky could join SNG alongside the pair, although Scrub Killa was quick to point out that Breezi wasn't queuing with the pair and it was a mere coincidence that they were matching in ranked.
