With two sets of games coming up this weekend, and following the revelation that there will be no World Championship this season, here’s a rundown of what to expect this weekend.

Day 1

Sunday’s games kick-off a lower half of the table battle between TSM and Singularity. Both teams have picked up just one win so far and will be hoping to avoid the drop at the end of the season, with Singularity’s upset win over Vitality potentially being a huge factor into their eventual finish. Next up is Veloce taking on AS Monaco. Whilst Veloce are flying high with a 4-1 record, Monaco are still winless and are staring a drop back to the Rival Series in the face and they’ll need to start picking up some wins soon. After two defeats in a row, Reciprocity are looking to get their season back on track with a matchup against Endpoint, who are still searching for a second win of the season. After finally taking a win last week, TSM have a tough matchup against mousesports ahead of them as they attempt to salvage their season, before Barcelona face their toughest test yet in a high-flying Dignitas side. Finally, Vitality and Reciprocity take the stage in a matchup many were heavily excited for coming into the season. The French derby should be a thrilling series with both teams looking to secure a high finishing spot at the end of league play.

Super Monday

The first RLCS matches to take place on a Monday kick off with FC Barcelona taking on Singularity. After a tough matchup against Dignitas, this should be a routine victory for the Catalonians as they look to carry on pushing for a top spot in the league. Next up is TSM vs Endpoint, with both sides still near the bottom of the table despite having picked up a win. With a win over Reciprocity under their belts already, Veloce will now set their sights on an inconsistent mousesports still looking to prove their worth with Scrub on the roster. REC will be up against AS Monaco after that series, with Monaco potentially staring an 0-7 record down the barrel if they can’t take a win before Vitality and Dignitas face off in what should be the series of the weekend.
