Ninja Calls VALORANT 'Unplayable' In Twitter Rant

Tyler "Ninja" Blevins has nearly six times the followers of the victim of his latest Twitter rant, Riot Games' VALORANT. The FPS shooter has attracted millions of players worldwide since its launch earlier this year, but the popular streamer has branded the game "unplayable" at high ranks.

VALORANT has had many teething problems since its launch, and typically, these tend to affect the higher quality players that are edging towards the immortal rank. Alongside multiple glitches from individual agents such as Sova and Cypher, components such as long queue times and laggy servers has left numerous players heading back to CS:GO or looking for a new game to try out.

Ninja, who has now spent a lot of time creating content on party games such as Among Us, hit out at VALORANT after attempting to stream the game on Twitch. He stated: "Valorant [is] currently unplayable. nothing but DC's in Ranked and Customs, not to mention cheaters in high elo matches constantly. Sova silent ULT glitch, Cypher ult breaks ur ear drums. Really hoping for some hot fixes ASAP"

The former H1Z1 and Halo professional shot to stardom during the Fortnite craze, and has since been influential to his 6.4million Twitter followers and 24million YouTube subscribers. Brandishing a game unplayable will certainly strike concern for developers, with many younger players jumping on the bandwagon, fed up having cheaters popping shots through walls.

Riot themselves has attempted to fix similar elements of the game before, installing a huge anti-cheat software and limit the queue times at higher ranks. The anti-cheat software has been praised in the past, but those slippery few that have got through the net continue to wreak havoc in high ranked matches without being hacked down.

Ninja continues to play VALORANT despite his outburst and has even been linked with joining professional team 100Thieves, although that is becoming increasingly unlikely due to his array of talent across multiple titles.
